Education Scholarships were distributed to poor children on 7th July 2012. Hon’ Justice Dr.T.N.Vallinaygam, Judge Lok Adalat, Madras High Court and Ms.Michelle Zjhra, Vice Consul, American Consulate General, United States of America awarded the scholarship.
Speaking on the occasion Hon’ Justice Dr.T.N.Vallinaygam shared that the effort made by ICWO and the support from Gruppo Madras to provide education scholarship for the marginalized children is worth to be appreciated.
The event was conducted by Indian Community Welfare Organization and supported by Gruppo Madras, Ticino, Switzerland. Indian Community Welfare Organization a non profit, Non-governmental social work organization working for the Multiple marginalized communities in specific focus with women ,children and social change and developmental issues related to disease prevention and health promotion and environmental issues for the past 18 years in Tamil Nadu, India.
